Planet Social Sports is the wave of social and professional interaction.
With an understanding of peoples need for activity as well as common interaction H Hazen Wilson IV has developed Planet Social Sports.
Hazen’s vision is to not only allow for the over 21 working professional to find an outlet from the static everyday hustle of work, bills, etc, but rather create a professional and social network that leads to the betterment of the local community and self.
The 8 week leagues, consisting of Touch Football, Kickball, Volleyball, Softball, and Bowling are all coed. Men and Women alike are able to join teams as individuals, free agents, or as a team. Corporate teams are allowed as well.
Within the rules of all of our sports, it is mandatory that women be an active participant in the game plan, therefore allowing everyone to exhibit their ability and generate a feeling of equality amongst players and teams.
Planet Social Sports has quickly expanded within a year of its inception having leagues based in Santa Monica, Venice, Pasadena and Las Vegas. Its ability to grow so quickly can be attributed to the culture that Hazen and his staff have created. The focus is placed equally on the socializing afterwards as much as the outcome of the games.
Slogans for individual sports such as Kickball, “We got balls, lets kick’em” are indicative of the atmosphere promoted within the organization.
Planet Social Sports partners with a local restaurants or bar to host post-game social activities. Where both the venue and the league benefit from working together to support local businesses.
In addition to the leagues, the Planet Social Sports website www.planetsocialsports.com , created and managed by Hazen, functions as a interactive online social networking platform for players in the league, allowing them to upload videos, pictures, discussion threads, and general information.
